Can the majority of right wingers truly believe that torturing suspects is a patriotic way of life?
A recent Rasmussen report claims that 58% of voters are in favor of waterboarding and “aggressive interrogation” in regards to the ‘undies’ bomber. Once more, we are dealing with a dubious poll but if this were true, why wouldn’t anyone want to question the bomber first before aggressively interrogating torturing him? On FOX news, Shepard Smith dropped the F-bomb saying, “We Are America, We Do Not F*cking torture!”
Yesterday, on FOX, O’Reilly interviewed Bob Barr, a former Republican turned Libertarian. Happily, not all right wingers and third party folks believe torture is the only answer:
